Any violation of law while attending this event may result in fan being removed from the premises without refund of any portion of the ticket price.
The ticketholder voluntarily assumes all risks of property loss and personal injury arising during its use whether prior to, during, or after the event and agrees that Seek & Destroy Cancer, the venue, its management and affiliates of the event are not liable under any theory whatsoever.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Event dates, times and locations are subject to change.
Holder may not solicit contributions or distribute literature on the premises.
Every person regardless of age must have a ticket to enter the John D Fuller Sr RAC. During the fanfest or the show.
Fan may not bring alcoholic beverages, bottles, cans, containers, irritants (noise makers etc), cups or strobe lights onto the premises.
No video cameras, or any device that records video, are allowed at the fanfest or show.
Seek & Destroy Cancer reserves the right to change this information without notification.
WE NOW HAVE BOOTHES TO RENT FOR YOUR BUSINESS
One booth (1 tables, 2 chairs) - $100
Two booths (2 tables, 4 chairs) - $150
Three booths (3 tables, 6 chairs) - $225
Four booths (4 tables, 8 chairs) - $300
Each single booth space includes:
- 1 table
-Two chairs
-Two badges
A minimum 50% deposit must be included with your request for booth space. Balance due before MARCH 21st, 2015.
